(Maldives) Looking for a Resort Manager for a 5* luxury hotel

About the Role:
Responsible to assist General Manager to direct the operational development and progress of the hotel and manage overall standard and service implementation and improvement.

Reporting to the General Manager & responsible for the following tasks:
• Reviews financial reports and statements to determine how Operations is performing against budget.
• Lead the operational team of the hotel to maximize efficiency and achieve the highest volume of revenues.
• Works with direct reports to determine areas of concern and establishing ways to improve the departments’ financial performance.
• Provide clear leadership for quality initiatives aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Develops an operational strategy that is aligned with the brand’s business strategy and leads its execution.
• Makes and executes key decisions to keep property moving forward towards achievement of goals.
• Coach & develop team of department heads.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Resort Manager or in a senior leadership role within a resort
• Strong operational understanding across Rooms, F&B operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
